#1 The Kiss

K. Aleisha Fetters isa health and wellness expert and he shared this exercise from personal trainer Mike Donavanik. While standing - tilt your head back and look towards at the ceiling. Pucker your lips as you do in "duckface" and “kiss the ceiling.” Hold the kiss for six seconds and release. Relax your lips and shift your head in it's natural form. Repeat this for fifteen times.

#2 Stick It Out

Open your mouth wide while facing forward. Now stick your tongue out slowly over a 5 count, stick it is as far out as you can. Return the tongue to your mouth and rest for five seconds. Repeat this 10 times.

#3 Jaw Jut

look towards the ceiling as you tilt your head back. Push your lower jaw forward and feel a stretch. Hold the jaw jut for a 10 seconds count. Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position. Repeat this 10 times.

#4 Neck Roll

This exercise is down standing up. Start with dropping your chin forward to your chest. Slowly rotate your head to the right. Hold your head for a five seconds. Slowly rotate your head back down again. Now start rotating your head to the left. Hold your head for a five seconds. Repeat this for 30 seconds.
